Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

For this cake I used a coffee glaze & mixed in 1 tsp. instant coffee with the cream in the icing until it was all dissolved, then added it to the icing. This recipe was given to me by Steve’s Mèm Gill About 47 years, ago when we were 1st married! It is the only Cake he wants for his Birthday every year!

Cranberry Orange Scones

You can Prepare this Recipe the night before and bake in morning – Just prepare until you cut Scones & place on Cookie Sheet, cover with Saran Wrap & place in fridge, next morning, remove from Fridge – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush with egg wash & sprinkle with Sugar. When oven is up to Temp., Bake as above & Drizzle Scones, when slightly cooled.

Memere’s Pork Pie
